To finish up the experience ive had with this place...
So am i gonna make it through a whole week without having a issue with this vehicle. I called the mechanic shop on this one and asked them about the belt and did they put my car back correctly. Because i strongly believed they didnt n did a half ass job and dont have good macanics. So even if you did put it back just the way it was shouldnt you have noticed that the belt was maybe going bad or old and maybe it should have been suggested to me that I might as well go ahead and replace that too!?!?! But no that place had the same excuses they had been telling me for weeks. Now aint this poimt so that i dont get in trouble for causing a huge seen in that mechanic shop told myself just go ahead and replace the belt and not deal with any of them! It took two days to get that belt on my car. 2 days of work without pay and 2 days of still not having a car to drive!!
I heard the noice leaving for work and it was the serpentine belt.
They were excellent, friendly, and willing to help.
Well i got that belt on. Soo its been drivable for another 6 days at this point. And here comes the best of the all best about this car YALL SOLD ME AND HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR AND I HOPE YOU ALL READ IT BECAUSE IT WILL BE POSTED EVERYWHERE!
To all car and truck buyers do not go to commonwealth motors to buy nothing I just brought a 2009 suburban from them payed cash money 5 months later the transmission fell out of it been calling to speak with the dude that sold it to me and they want even get on phone or nothing they will act as if they are cool and they are for u but really they ain't I sent a couple of people down there to buy cars and trucks and them people ain't nothing if u go against what I say please take a test drive and take the car or truck and get it put on a machine before u pay they have people there that will fix the vehicle up only enough to sell I will never ever go back near that place I hope they read this because they will know who wrote this !!!!!!!!!!
Today as im leaving my home to head towards 288 to take my son to the base ball game at the diamond. YOU PEOPLE ARE SO LUCKY THAT THE TIRE ROD/AXELS THAT WENT OUT TONIGHT JUST BEFORE I GOT ON TO THE 288 ON COMING RAMP BECAUSE IM TELLING YOU I WAS SO SCARED OF HOW THAT CAR WAS TAKEN RIGHT OUT MY CONTROL DUE TO THE AXEL BREAKING AND THE TIRE GOING OUTWARDS NEARLING COMING OFF THE CAR. HAD IT BROKE 5 10 MINUTES LATER I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT ON 95 NORTH! ! WITH MY 1 YEAR OLD IN THE CAR!!!! SO YOU ALL HAVE NOT SEEN THE LAST OF ME BECAUSE IM STILL IN WARRANTY AND YOU ALL ARE GONNA DEAL WITH EVERY EMOTION I HAVE FLOWING THROUGH MY MIND AND BODY RIGHT NOW BECAUSE YOUR CAR YOU SOLD ME COULD HAVE KILLED ME AND MY CHILD TONIGHT!
Found a charger on their website, drove all the way from NC to this place bought the car and their little 6k mile warrant which is a rip off... drove home and when we get home within 3 days the car is STALLING OUT WHILE DRIVING!!!! Within those same 3 days the power steering pump goes out and sprays power steering fluid everywhere! The car was way overpriced and the salesman put up a “we don’t haggle prices” front haha what a joke, the tires also needed replacing within a couple weeks. These Cars are straight from auction with no care in the world the quality they go out on the lot. Hey I learned my lesson and have since sold the car, if you’re going to buy used buy somewhere like Carmax so you know they stand behind their cars! Buyers BEWARE!
So ill let it be know yall better start doing the right thing and yalls jobs and get some professionalism. Because i had to have it towed i now have NO VEHICLE once again. And now will have to struggle to find my way to work this week and to the store to buy my baby milk and diapers. Because of this vehicle it has affected my time, the reliability of getting to work, my momey, being able to take my son places and now my LIFE! everyone will know what kind of bussiness yall run!
I am a female and they will try to take advantage of u and the spanish guy lied about everything from mileage to cost of car and said nothing was wrong with the car but it was and the secretary backed him up she never answers the phone and if she does she has a very Nasty attitude all the time their customer service skills are all nasty and the cars are thrown together with parts that don't work they never honer the warranty because from start to finish they lie about everything none of the cars have been inspected and i drove a few priced changed daily like to highest bidder over rating ZERO go there u will see they SUCK just dirty players the owner goes along with the game of the sale of junk WHATEVER U DO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET A CAR CRAIGSLIST IS RATED HIGHER AT LEAST U KNOW WHAT U ARE GETTING THATS A SHAME OF THIS CAR DEALER JUST SAD I HAD 2 RATE IN ORDER TO POST BUT ITS NO WAY I WOULD GIVE 1 STAR THEY SUCK AND SCREW OVER TEENAGERS THAT DONT KNOW KNOW BETTER THATS NOT RIGHT SORRY SORRY SORRY.
WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! SOMEONE SHOULD PUT YOU OUT OF BUSSINESS!!!!!!!
